DeForest Windsor Fire & EMS is governed by a body called the DeForest Windsor Fire & EMS District Board. This Fire Board consists of two representatives from DeForest, and two from Windsor. Each representative has an equal say in voting matters. The Fire Board meets monthly on a regular basis and as needed thereafter.
