Current Fire Danger: DNR Burn Map
The DeForest Windsor Fire & EMS department reserves the right to suspend burn permits and prohibit open burning at any time on the basis of maintaining public safety. Please remember garbage, treated wood products, plastic products, oils, asphalt products, paper products containing ink, rubber products or other prohibited items may not be burned.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding a controlled burn, please contact Divisional Chief Kraig Knapp by phone or email.
